Renewals, billing dates and price changes

When you are charged

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The Subscription page shows your next billing date and the amount.

Reminders

We email you before a renewal. If the payment fails, we tell you and show the fix on the subscription page. Your access may be paused if a payment cannot be taken after retries, and it returns when payment succeeds.

Changes to price

If we change the price of a plan, we give notice before the change reaches you, and you can cancel before your next renewal if you do not want to continue. Fixed-term and one-off purchases are not affected by later price changes.

Cancelling

You can cancel at the end of the period at any time. See Cancelling or changing your subscription.
