How it works

From quote to candidates studying

  1. Step 1: Tell us what you need

    Send the form below with the number of candidates, SQE1/SQE2 scope and when you would like to start.

  2. Step 2: Receive your quote

    We reply within two working days with a written quote setting out seats, scope, term and price.

  3. Step 3: Agree the contract

    Once you accept, we set up your institution and contract. Your administrator gets access to the Institution area.

  4. Step 4: Assign seats

    Invite candidates by email. Each person studies in their own account and keeps control of their private data.

Institutional licences give each candidate their own private account. Institutions see seat use and permitted aggregate progress only — never candidates' private notes, answers or AI conversations.

Frequently asked questions

Can institution administrators see candidates' answers or notes?
No. Administrators see seat status and the aggregate information agreed in your contract, such as activation and syllabus coverage. Personal notes, individual answers and AI tutor conversations always stay private to the candidate.
What happens when a candidate leaves?
You can release their seat and assign it to someone else. The candidate keeps their account and can continue with an individual plan if they wish.
Can we add seats part-way through the term?
Yes. Contact us and we will increase the licence; the additional seats run to the same end date as your contract.
What happens at the end of the licence?
Seat holders' access through the licence ends on the contract end date. We contact you before then to discuss renewal, and your administrators can always see the end date in the Institution area.
Do you guarantee results or offer SRA-accredited training?
No. We are an independent SQE preparation provider. We do not guarantee exam results and are not affiliated with or accredited by the SRA.
