About this crash course

An intensive run-through of high-yield FLK1 contract and tort topics for candidates sitting SQE1 in January 2027. Each session combines teaching with live single-best-answer practice. Every session is recorded, and recordings, slides and linked questions stay available for 60 days after the final session.

  2. Misrepresentation and remedies

    Types of misrepresentation, the statutory regime under the Misrepresentation Act 1967 and how to pick the best remedy in single-best-answer questions.
