UK SQE Course helps candidates prepare for SQE1 and SQE2 in England and Wales. We would rather be clear about what we offer than make promises we cannot keep.

How we work

Our standards for content and claims

  • Reviewed before publication

    Study content moves through drafting, editorial review and legal review before it is published, and changes are recorded with a reason.

  • Law as at a stated date

    Materials show the date the law was last checked. When the law changes, affected content is flagged, updated or withdrawn, and you are told if it affects you.

  • Practice results are practice results

    Mock scores, readiness indicators and AI feedback are study aids. They are labelled as such and are not official marks or predictions.

  • Your data stays yours

    Your answers, notes and AI conversations are private to you. Instructors and institutions see only the information their role needs.

Our relationship with the SRA

Independent, not affiliated, not accredited

UK SQE Course is an independent SQE preparation provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or Kaplan SQE. We do not register candidates for the SQE and cannot guarantee exam results. Our content is exam preparation, not legal advice. Official SQE information is published by the SRA at sra.org.uk/sqe.

The SQE is set and regulated by others. To register for an assessment, check dates, or read the official specification, use the official sources. We link our practice to the published structure of the SQE, but our materials are our own.

We do not publish pass rates, testimonials or other results unless we can show where they come from: testimonials appear only with the student's recorded consent. If you see a claim on this site that you think is not accurate, tell us at support@uksqecourse.com.

Content is attributed to the people who wrote and legally reviewed it. Where a regulatory status is shown, you can check it on the official register.
